WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Team up with designers and artists to design, prototype, and implement awesome gameplay features.
- Build core gameplay systems—think character movement, player controls, cameras, combat, AI behaviors, and interactive elements.
- Create tools to simplify your work and help the whole team deliver their best.
- Polish and refine gameplay systems until they feel fantastic.
- Optimize performance to keep everything running smoothly on different platforms.
- Solve technical challenges and squash those tricky bugs.
- Support and mentor junior developers—sharing what you know.
- Help shape our development process in a fast-moving, creative environment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 4 years of experience from working in Unreal Engine,
- A knack for developing tools alongside gameplay features.
- Hands-on experience with player movement, AI, cameras, and input systems.
- Problem-solving skills and a love for debugging.
- Passion for making great games and player-focused systems.
- Great teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a startup-style environment.
WHY JOIN US?
We’re a small, tight-knit team where you’ll have the freedom to shape your work, make decisions, and see your impact every day. We work hard—but we know how to enjoy ourselves too. You’ll be surrounded by talented people who love what they do and support each other.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Competitive salary.
- 5 weeks of paid vacation.
- Flexible work hours.
- 100 € per month to use for meals and transportation.
- Free private health insurance.
- A yearly allowance to use for books or courses for personal and professional development.
- Beautiful office in central Barcelona—rooftop terrace, gym, café, and an awesome community.
- Regular team events and after-work hangouts.
We work on-site in Barcelona, so you’ll need to be here or ready to relocate. If this sounds like the kind of team you want to be part of, let’s talk!
